All of our programs are closed (except walk/run chat).  Only Admins will admit you during open enrollment period (if your application has been accepted).  This is why the admins will not accept your request to join unless you applied & have been invited to participate.  

All programs are released in the announcements tab – so pls keep your eyes peeled for when those drop!  We do not use IG to release, only WhatsApp.  When an application is released you have approx 1 week to complete it.  Deadlines are indicated in the application.

When will I find out if I get invited to participate so I can plan accordingly? You will either get a invitation or be waitlisted.  You will receive your answer, approx 1 week prior to start date of tournament or program.  Each PD, Asst PD & coaches will review every single application in great detail. Especially the “why” you want to join.  We take great care of these applications as they are an amanaat.

When do I submit my fee for the tourney/program? Once you get invitation pls submit your fee asap to ctmfees@gmail.com to secure your seat.  If you get waitlisted, pls do not send your fee until a spot potentially opens up.

What if I can’t afford the fees but really need this healthy outlet?  Please submit a letter of scholarship request to ctmathletics2017@gmail.com sharing reason of request.  We are honored to support our sisters and never want costs to be a barrier in investing in your health & wellness.
